Susan is a Chemical Engineer with over 30 year career working in Research, Innovation, Marketing, and General Management. Her career spans consumer goods and healthcare, working for P&G, Mead-Johnson Nutritionals, ConAgra Foods, Coca-Cola, and Ipsos in R&D, Innovation, Brand Marketing, and General Management. She is a builder, particularly of new product ideas, new insights, and new brand positionings. She launched several successful new products and packages for Duncan Hines, Crisco, Folgers, Enfamil, Viactiv, and Minute Maid. Her passion is learning about what is needed and bridging what is possible.

Susan has worked at Ipsos for since 2008, and joined Ipsos as SVP, US, Ipsos Understanding UnLTD, was promoted to Global President in 2010 with a current scope covering strategic partnering clients across 85 countries.

Ipsos UU is the strongest, largest qualitative market research firm in the world, with over 1000 employees, headquartered in Paris.
