Prior to her appointment, Jenn worked with Smarty Pants (a full-service consulting firm), where she served as a Director, and Firefly (a division of Kantar\/Millward Brown) where she led qualitative business development and oversaw project management teams as Director of Project Management.<\/p>\n<p>Commenting on her appointment, Jenn said, \u201cHaving worked as a client with Sago for over 15 years, I am delighted to bring a researcher perspective to this role.
